Her decade of experience in the healthcare system as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner has strengthened her desire to focus on wellness and disease prevention. She believes her background and unique experiences have prepared a platform allowing her to provide individuals with tools for health optimization along with the personalized care they deserve.

She ultimately opened Goins Strong Fitness, a fitness facility in Dallas, NC, with her husband Bradley. From humble beginnings in their garage to an 8,500 square foot facility, they have experience with group training, one on one training, training plan customization, and nutrition counseling.
